My name is Percy Hudson, and I’m the man responsible for your home’s new look. I am the founder and President of Hudson Custom Interiors, created in 2019. I was born in Detroit, Michigan but have been a resident of Tennessee since high school.
 
My approach to this work stems from committing to the customer’s vision. My goal is always to inspire the client, and the only way I can do that is by learning to love their home the way that they do. Before I found my calling in the world of home improvement, I trained as a boxer, and my time in the sport taught me a few lessons. I learned that you succeed in the ring by finding creative freedom. I chase that same feeling of freedom when I’m working on a home.
 
Life ultimately pulled me away from sports, but with a little inspiration from my family, I ended up doing what I was meant to do. My mom always told me to own my own business, but that piece of advice never clicked for me until I had my son. I realized I wanted to make something for us, that had our shared last name on it. Inspired by family, and maintained by a commitment to fostering long-lasting, positive relationships with clientele, Hudson Custom Interiors is my vision for what client-inspired interior design can be.
